Ada May Fornwalt, 83, Altoona, passed away on Sunday September 8, 2019 at UPMC Altoona. She was born in Altoona, daughter of the late Theodore and Johanna (Hagman) Stine. On July 5, 1958, she married Fred F. Fornwalt, and he preceded her in death on Aug. 8, 2002. Surviving are a daughter, Colleen Fornwalt; a sister, Delores McCall; and a brother, John Stine. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a son, Brian Fornwalt. Friends will be received from 10 a.m. until the noon funeral service Thursday, Sept. 12, 2019, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park.
