Charles R. Williams, 73, of Altoona, died April 15, 2022, at The Village at Morrison Cove, Martinsburg.
He was born March 1, 1949, a son of the late John L. and Rita A. (Saltzgiver) Williams.
He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Linda (Crain) Williams; daughter, Lisa Zimmerman (Tim) of Tyrone; three grandchildren, Kayle Wilt, Noah Zimmerman, Olivia Zimmerman; four great-grandchildren and five siblings, Raymond Etters, Dennis Etters, John Williams Jr., Patricia Taylor and Theresa Stumpf. He is also survived by four step children; Donna Carlhiem, Judy McCaulley, Patty Gonder and George Buschle.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by siblings, Doris and Eugene.
