Obituary for Dorothy "Dot" Sell
Dorothy “Dot” Sell, 98, of Altoona, died on August 2, 2021 at UPMC Altoona. Born on August 12, 1922 in Altoona, she was the daughter of Raymond and Olive Hack.
Dot is survived by her 3 sons, Byron, Dave and Charlie Sell, as well as a daughter, Geraldine and grandson Michael Key. She was preceded in death by one son Duane Sell and sister Lois Thompson. Dot loved to cook and she enjoyed sewing. She will be missed by all of her family and friends.
She was a charter member of the Altoona Bible Church.
Family and friends will be received from 10AM- 11AM on Tuesday, August 10, 2021 at The Good Funeral Home Inc., 108 Alto Reste Park, Altoona PA. Immediately following the visitation, a funeral service will be conducted with Pastor Stewart McClelland officiating. Interment will be at Alto Reste Park.
