My Condolences to Frank's family. I worked with Frank a number of years in the facilities department at Penelec. I learned a lot working with Frank and I was sad to hear the news that he passed away. We had many good moments working under funky cool Medina. Although, we didn't think he was very cool. Frank will be surely missed. We will keep his family in our prayers.

Best Regards,
Pat McAndrew

Frank was my Supervisor for over 2 years, until he retired in 2009. I will be eternally grateful for everything that he taught me. He had a wealth of experience that he shared with me. I will remember him as a man of high caliber and great humor.
