On August 24, 2022, John D. Kensinger, age 92, of Altoona, PA, went home to be with the Lord. Child of God, husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather; He is survived by his extended family of Erma Smith, Daniel Kensinger, Kathi Kensinger-Albanese Raybon, Peggy Kensinger Bond, and Alexandrea Sumiko Kensinger. His son John D. Kensinger II, grandsons Logan, and Landon Kensinger, and granddaughter Avery Kensinger. The memorial service will be held at The Good Funeral Home, 108 Alto Rest Park, Altoona, PA 16601, on Sunday, September 25, 2022. A greeting will be held at 1:00pm with the service to follow at 2:00pm. The service will be conducted by his son John, entitled, "A Life Well Lived, The Man I Knew"
