Joyce Kay Smith, 67, of Williamsburg passed away July 21, 2022, at Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, Johnstown.
She was born on September 27, 1954, in Tyrone; a daughter of the late Richard Frederick and Sara (Fisher) Frederick.
She is survived by her two daughters; Sara Parks (Joshua) of Williamsburg and Colleen Sayegh (Thomas) of Williamsburg; two half siblings, Martha Campbell and Ray Burnshire.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Vance C. Smith.
