Obituary for Margaret P. Tinker
Margaret P. Tinker, 81, of Duncansville passed away on Sunday, Feb. 6, 2022.
Born in Belfast, Northern Ireland on Aug. 25, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Mary (Haggan) Petherick. On September 3, 1960 she would marry her beloved husband Ralph Tinker who also preceded her in death.
Margaret is survived by her loving children Allison Everhart, Stephen Tinker and Andrew Tinker and also 6 grandchildren: Ryan, Sam, Kathleen, Claire, Ethan and Aidan.
In addition to her parents and husband Margaret was preceded in death by one brother Samuel Petherick.
Margaret enjoyed the simple things in life, knitting and reading but most of all her family.
She served in the United Kingdom’s military as a nurse for two years before becoming an office administrator for Season Aire Inc.
Per the wishes of Margaret, services will be private and at the convenience of the family with Pastor Chad Mullinix officiating. Interment will take place at Alto Reste Park.
