Richard A. "Rick" Freet, 64, Altoona, died Wednesday at UPMC Altoona. He was born in Altoona, son of the late William E. and Alma May (Walters) Freet. Surviving are a daughter, Kristan (Jim) Rightenour; four grandchildren: Devyn, James, Noah and Emily; and eight siblings. Rick served in the U.S. Marine Corps where he received the National Defense Service Medal. Friends will be received from 6 until the 7 p.m. memorial service Thursday, Aug. 15, 2019 at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park.
