Obituary for Robert J Hoover
Robert J. Hoover, 78, of Altoona, passed away Tuesday, December 14, 2021, at UPMC Altoona.
He was born on September 8, 1943, in Altoona. He married Michelle (Wilt) Hoover who survives in Altoona.
Robert enjoyed Raising his homing pigeons and taking care of his cats, he was a true cat lover. He also enjoyed collecting records and CB’s.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by five children; Robert Hoover of Altoona, Sandra Beck of Duncansville, Randy Hoover (Jendi) of Cresson, Rebecca Kissinger (Wade) of Altoona and John Hoover of Cresson; two brothers, Harry and George Daughenbaugh. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his late wife, Rose Marie, in 1991.
