Scott G. Lockard, 61, Altoona died on Sunday at Hillview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Altoona, he was the son of the late Grant and Rae Pearl (Plummer) Lockard.
He is survived by his son Justin Edward-James Lockard and two grandchildren.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
