Wayne Stuckey Sr., 78, of Hollidaysburg, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday November 20, 2019 at Hillview Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center following a brief illness. He was born on May 30, 1941 in Altoona, son of the late Willard and Mary (Shaffer) Stuckey. Wayne married Jean Rudy on February 27, 1959 in Altoona. Surviving are Wayne’s wife Jean, a daughter- Sherry Falbow of Altoona, a son Wayne Stuckey Jr. (Laura) of Houston TX, Two grandchildren- Katie McNally and Jacob Stevens, 3 great grandchildren- Adon, Aleah, and Adalyn McNally. Wayne is also survived by a sister- Elizabeth Reaney and Many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers- Willard, Joe, and Fred Stuckey and by a granddaughter- Dana Dzielski. Wayne enjoyed riding motorcycles, travelling, and volunteering at the Van Zandt VA medical center which he did for 15 years. He was a member of the Vicksburg Grace Brethren Church. He retired as a truck driver from Ward Trucking and was a member of their retirement club. Wayne also served in the US. Army from 1958 until 1961. Family and friends will be received from 10a.m. until the Noon funeral service on Saturday November 23, 2019 at The Good Funeral Home Inc. Pastor Sean McGill officiant. Interment at Alto Reste Park.
