Tia Carla Carbone-Ouellette, infant, was born Tuesday, Jan. 23, 2018, and fought courageously until her passing on Sunday, at Magee Women’s Hospital of UPMC, Pittsburgh.
Surviving are her parents, Jaimie Carbone and Christopher Ouellette of Johnstown; three sisters: Emily, Brooke and Skylynn; three brothers: Brennan, Elijah and Zane; her great-grandmother, Bonnie Lee Shroyer; a great-grandfather, Joseph Carbone; three special grandmothers: Cindy Markel, Melanie Pinto and Deborah Carbone; a very special PaPa, James Carbone; her grandfather, Randy Markel; two uncles: Nick Gindlesperger and Harley Daigle; five aunts: Juilieann Parks and her husband, Jonathan, Jacklyn and Jenna Carbone, Marie Powers and Lisa Marshall; and six cosuins: Riley, Lucas and Charlotte Parks, and Arianna, Ezzlynn and Khaos Daigle.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandfather, Burton Zane Shroyer; her great-grandmothers: Poppi and Beaulah Carbone; grandmother, Trina Mays; and an uncle, Eddie Pinto.
Friends will be received from 2 until the 4 p.m. remembrance service Friday, Feb. 2, 2018, at The Good Funeral Home Inc., Alto-Reste Park.
