Obituary for Paul E. Sidney
Paul E. Sidney, 87, of Hollidaysburg, died Tuesday May 1, 2018 at the Presbyterian Home Hollidaysburg. Paul was born on April 9, 1931 in Altoona son of the late Benjamin and Myrtl Sidney. Paul married Lois I Harten in 1951 and she preceded him in death on January 11, 20008. Surviving are 2 special daughters of the heart- Anna Garber and Rebecca Penn. Also surviving are 2 sisters- Jeanne Ventu and Naomi Noel. Paul was preceded in death by a sister- Kathryn Wilt and by 2 brothers- Roy and George. Paul was the owner of Sidney’s Refrigeration, A/C, and Heating and in his retirement he worked as a grocery bagger at area Martins Grocery stores. He enjoyed spending time with his friends at Spring Manor Apartments. Friends will be received from 6p.m. until the 7p.m. funeral service Thursday evening May 3, 2018 at The Good Funeral Home Inc. Interment will be in Alto Reste Park Cemetery
