My brother, Bill, and I both taught at Altoona's Washington-Jefferson Elementary School in the mid-70's when Kevin was a student there. We also coached the school's basketball teams and ran a Saturday morning fundamentals program. We vividly recall Kevin being a good student who was a fabulous role model for the rest of our students. Perhaps just as importantly, he was a gentleman at all times - in the classroom and on the basketball court. We were not surprised to read about Kevin's successful career as an air traffic controller.

Please be certain that Bill and I are sorry for your loss. We will keep all of you in our thoughts and prayers in the weeks ahead.
